He is also a Director of Lar España Real Estate, the first REIT to be listed on the continuous market. Previously, he was CEO of Grupo Lar Grosvenor for 6 years. In 2015 he was appointed eminent member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in London.

Currently, he is Chairman of Villamagna, S.A., a Grosvenor Group company, and Chairman of the Altamira Lar Foundation, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Norte Joven Association.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has also completed the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives at the IMD (International Institute for Management Development), a master’s degree in Tax Consultancy at ICADE and the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Partner of the law firm Uría Menéndez since 2008, his professional practice areas cover a wide range of corporate and banking matters. He has specialized in mergers and acquisitions, both of private companies and listed companies, in takeover bids and in capital market operations. He also regularly acts in financing operations and advises credit institutions on regulatory matters. Law degree, Complutense University and Master in Business Legal Advice from IE.

Executive with 25 years of experience advising clients in the Financial and Real Estate sectors, he has developed his career in the management consulting industry. He has been the Managing Partner of the Financial Services practice of Bain & Company in the Madrid office, where he also actively participated in the Real Estate and Private Equity sectors. After Bain, he joined The Boston Consulting Group as Partner & Managing Director in the Madrid office, where he focused on Financial Services and the Real Estate Sector. Currently, he is the CEO of Penta Ventures, a private equity fund based in Madrid with more than 10 companies in portfolio (+€250Mill valuation). Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, MBA from IE and PhD candidate from the University of Comillas –ICADE

Santiago Galaz has over 40 years of experience leading service sector companies in Europe and North America. He is currently CEO of Securitas in the USA, where he has been working since 1995. From this position, he has driven the company's specialisation and digital transformation. He began his career in the Swedish group as general manager of security services in Spain and later held different positions of responsibility in key markets for the company such as London and the USA. With a degree in Business and Marketing from ESIC, Galaz has developed his extensive professional career in various companies such as Grupo EULEN, Grupo Taoy and Silimsa.

Currently, María del Mar Ruiz is the global head of strategy and business development for the Global Cards and Digital Solutions division of the Santander Group, with responsibility for 10 countries in the Group's card issuing business. After 17 years at Banesto, she joined the Banco Santander team over 8 years ago, where she has held various positions of responsibility and was the first woman on the management committee of Banco Santander. A graduate in Actuarial and Financial Sciences and in Business Administration and Management E-2 from ICADE, she completed the Executive Management programme at the Instituto de Empresa and the Executive Education Program at IESE. She has also been a Board Member at Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento since 2018 and a mentor in the Pulsar Programme of the Everis Foundation since 2018.

With more than 40 years of professional experience in audit services, and partner of KPMG for 30 years, Maria Eugenia is specialized in the financial sector, providing services to both Spanish and international banking groups, the central bank, investment service and asset management companies, and payment methods and brand financing entities. She has held various positions of responsibility in the firm KPMG, most notably as head of the audit department of KPMG Spain for 5 years and as a member of its board of partners for several terms. In the last two mandates, as a Coordinating Partner of the Partners' Council, she led the remuneration and appointments committees.
Graduated in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto and member of the ICJCE and the Official Register of Auditors since 1988.

Fabio de Araujo Nogueira is an independent member of the Board of Directors of BR Properties. Previously he was Managing Director for Latin America of CPP-IB (Canada Pension Plan Investment Board). Until 2012 he was a member of the Board and Co-Chairman of BFRE - Brazilian Finance and Real Estate and Vice-Chairman of Brazilian Securities, Brazilian Mortgages and Brazilian Capital.

Maribel Plaza has more than 20 years of experience working at Grupo Lar. Previously, she held other positions as CFO and Corporate Director for over 15 years, as well as international CEO. She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte. Maribel graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and holds a master’s degree in Internal Auditing from the Institute of Internal Auditors.

A civil engineer by training, he was General Manager of Rocontec Construções e Incorporacões and Regional Director of OR, the real estate branch of the Odebrecht Group.

He also worked at Método Potencial Engenharia and at Promotora e Construtora Gafisa. A graduate of the Universidade Paulista, he has an MBA in Business from the Fundação Getulio Vargas and Corporate Finance from the Fundação Dom Cabral.

Enrique studied civil engineering and was general manager of Inmobiliaria Cantabria. In his professional experience he has developed major real estate projects for rent and sale such as: multi-family housing and social housing, PRIME offices, Up Scale & Mid Scale Hotels in Peru, Chile and the United States.

He holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance, a Master's Degree in Construction and Real Estate Management (MDI) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is a graduate of the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Ernesto Balarezo has extensive experience in business management and consultancy. He has been an independent director at AENZA (formerly Graña y Montero) and is currently an independent director at Compañía Minera Caravelí.

He has been a member of the Investment Committee at Alta Firbi, Executive Vice President at Gold Fields Limited and Vice President of Operations at Hochschild Mining, among others.

He has received the International Certification for Company Directors from the Institute of Directors in London, and has completed the Strategy Execution Programme at INSEAD and the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal Programme at Harvard University.

Founder of PMS DRS Ingeniería y Gestión y PMS Desarrollo Inmobiliario and member of the Real Estate Investment Committee of CREDICORP CAPITAL, Jorge Montero has been General Manager of leading real estate and construction companies such as Graña y Montero Edificaciones.

He has served as a board advisor to several companies such as Paz Centenario. Expert in executive business management, planning, management and projects execution, Master in Business Administration at ESAN (2nd Position), has completed the Specialisation Programme for Boards of Directors at PAD.

Grupo Lar’s Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 2006, Renata started her career in CRH, working on acquisitions in Poland. In 2003, she moved to real estate sector, to work for Bouygues Immobilier in finance. Certified ACCA member since 2000 and Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She speaks English, Polish, French and very good Russian.

Miguel Ángel Peña has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction sector. He is CEO of Grupo Lar Residential Iberia, and was previously CEO of Vallehermoso, CEO and Vice-Chairman of Grupo Somague and Managing Director of Sacyr.

He has been a Board Member of several companies in various countries such as Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States, and is also a Board Member of the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group, a company listed on the Ibex 35. He holds a degree in Road, Canal and Port Engineering from the University of Cantabria, completed a Management Program at the University of Exeter (UK), an MDI in Real Estate Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an Executive Education Program from the IESE Business School.

Janusz Kraszewski began his career working in his own company for high-rise structures. He was elected mayor of Wilanów, a district of Warsaw, and carried out a series of municipal investments leading to the adoption of 7 master plans. Among them was one of the most important urban developments of the last decades: that of the city of Wilanów. Public office provided him with experience for his later entrepreneurial work. He has worked as a director for the acquisition of new DIY real estate (Stinnes) and shopping centres (Casino Group - Mayland) and as General Director in Bouygues Immobilier Polska. Janusz Kraszewski holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in History of Science. He completed a six-month internship at McGill University in Montreal and participated in the Copernik programme in the field of management at the Ecole du Management in Lyon. He speaks Polish, English, German, Russian and French.

Jaroslaw Myjak has 25 years of experience in executive and non-executive positions in banking, life insurance, pension funds and other financial services in Poland. He has held the roles of Managing Director at Commercial Union-Aviva, Director at Citibank, and Deputy Managing Director at PKO Bank Polski SA. He holds an MA in American Studies, a Master of Law, and studied at the University of Toronto (Economics) and Amsterdam (American Law).
