What assets we manage?

Grupo Lar has created a rental housing platform (PRS) with Primonial that aims to design, build and operate a total of 5,000 homes in Spain spread over some 45 projects. This will represent a figure of close to 1,000 million euros in assets under management. By the end of 2020, around 1,300 homes had already been launched.
