Lizbonska is located in Saska Kepa (Warsaw). The project, the result of a joint venture between Grupo Lar and Develia, one of the most important real estate developers in Poland, has been designed by the renowned architectural studio JEMS Architekci. In line with the modernist style of the neighbourhood, these 4 buildings with 200 apartments and 15 commercial premises are built with high-quality materials and standards that allow them to aspire to the highest level of BREEAM certification.

Its design was carried out in collaboration with the local community of Saska Kępa, which allowed it to be adapted to the needs and preferences of the neighbourhood’s residents.

The Lizbońska housing estate is one of the first in Warsaw to be implemented using the provisions of the so-called special housing bill “lex developer”, which allows for the construction of residential projects on land with other uses. The project has already served as a model for other urban developments, being recognised and awarded with the PR SABRE Awards at the CEE level in the real estate and construction sector.
