Through their alliance in Helios RE, Hines and Grupo Lar have owned Lar España since December 2024, reinforcing its leadership position. As the exclusive manager since the launch of Lar España in 2014, Grupo Lar has created and managed a leading portfolio thanks to the quality of its management platform, the company’s experience in the retail sector, and the knowledge, experience, and value of a team of key professionals in the Iberian retail market.

Gentalia is 100% owned by Grupo Lar. It is the property manager we trust for the daily management of the centres. Gentalia’s corporate activity includes consultancy, asset management, marketing and management of Shopping Centres. Its highly specialised team allows it to offer a comprehensive and professional service with a focus on operational efficiency.

Big projects

Throughout our history, we have actively contributed to the development of the shopping centre sector. We have promoted Lagoh and Islazul, two iconic assets due to their unique design that offer the latest innovations so that customers can enjoy a unique visiting experience. We have promoted a CAPEX policy that has improved sales and the value of the assets, transforming and repositioning centres and parks, raising the standards of the sector.
